Kevin and Jeni Mount
works around the world with 6,100 missionaries from more than 100 nations working in more than 110 countries and onboard an ocean-going missions ship. OM seeks to demonstrate and proclaim the love of God through evangelism, church planting, discipleship, and literature distribution and also by providing relief and development in many areas of the world.
One of the things that attracted us to OM was that they are able to take people with so many different skills and backgrounds and put them into a fruitful ministry, impacting the world for Christ. OM is known as a “no-frills” organization—being able to help people get to the mission field quickly and cheaply.
OM works all over the globe, but three of our larger ministries are: India, our ship, and the Muslim world. OM has many workers sharing the love of Christ in the Muslim world--and after 50 years of working in this area, we are starting to see incredible fruit. In India, OM ministries have established many schools for the poorest “Dalit” children, which impact communities. Once a community is impacted they plant a church! OM’s ship, Logos Hope, welcomed 2.5 million visitors in two years of operation.
